Pool Muscle-ups!

While it seemed like an odd request at first to build this ring tower over a pool, it turned out to be a fantastic idea.

This simple structure that spans from the wall of the house to the fence provides a space for pull-ups (to the right) and to do ring work while enjoying the pool.

Think about the progressions you could achieve in dips, pull-ups, muscle-ups etc. by either raising or lowering the rings to change the effect of buoyancy on the exercise you are performing.
